Objects of My Affection 2

Some of my finest memories are of making ice cream on the porch with my mom and grandma. This scene just gives me the feels. I wanted a third element in the scene and I couldn't come up with anything I liked. Then I decided to have some of the yellow petals fall to the ground. That gave me my third element for the composition and it added a sense of time passing, making the painting even more nostalgic.
