I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud

William Wordsworth's lyric poem, "I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud" has been a steady companion of mine for decades, and I think of it every spring as crowds of daffodils sway onto the landscape, "tossing their heads in sprightly dance."
