Constant Companion

Growing up, I had a window seat the length of my room, and every square inch was filled with stuffed animals. As an only child, they were my constant companions. As an adult, this role has been played by a delightful Papillon/Dachshund mix for the last 15 years, so this one goes out to Parker as he makes his way across the Rainbow Bridge.
